Sooooo... I've been gone a solid four months now.
What exactly have I been up to in that time?
To start things off, I got a sorority little! We're both majoring in the environmental sciences and I absolutely love her to pieces (hiiiii if you're reading this). Let me know in the comments below if you want tips and tricks for messing with your little during Secret Week so that it's a big surprise! She can confirm that I totally played mind games all week long and she had not a single clue that it was me, but it worked out perfectly haha
My sorority also hosted our First Annual Rock the CASA event and raised over $2000 to support our national philanthropy, Court Appointed Special Advocates. One of my best friends, Kaetlyn (pictured in the middle) ran the event and she did such an amazing job. The photo above is from the end of the night with Kaetlyn and Lauren, our Chief Marketing Officer! We really are the #dreamteam and I love working with them both so much. I am so so proud that we were able to support two children going through the foster system for an entire year, and I know that next year will be just as amazing!
The end of the year brought about Homecoming Weekend, our school's Spring Fair, a bunch of dance recitals and of course, Theta Formal! The theme was The Great Gatsby/Fratsby/Sratsby/KATsby (whichever you prefer) and it was so much fun! I had a great time with my date and all of my friends (here I am with Raegan xoxox), and loved getting to dance and hang out with my grandbig before she headed off to San Diego!
As crazy as this semester was, I really missed blogging and staying in touch with all of my social media. I'm so excited for the content I have lined up for this summer and would love to hear your suggestions and ideas. What posts would you be interested in seeing this summer?
