Perfumes really are unique aspects of a beauty routine. Many memories can be attached to perfumes and they can remind us of the people we love and care about most. Every time I smell Calvin Klein Obsession I think of my grandmother and playing with her hats and jewelry when I was younger, and the scent of Acqua di Gio brings back days of visiting my cousins (I'm pretty sure the scent has been permanently fixed in the walls of my cousin's bedroom).
As I get older, I try to remember to wear perfume more frequently, and hope to find my signature scent. These are a few of my favorites so far!
1 // Daisy by Marc Jacobs
{notes: strawberry, violet leaves, ruby red grapefruit, gardenia, violet petals, jasmine petals, musk, vanilla, white woods}
2 // Honey by Marc Jacobs
{notes: pear, juicy mandarin, orange blossom, peach nectar, apricot, honeysuckle, honey, golden vanilla, smooth woods}
{notes: mandarin, pink water lily, star anise, golden gardenia, tiaré flower, coconut water, sheer amber, musk, tahitian vanilla}
{notes: bergamot, cassis, raspberry, mara strawberry natureprint, apricot, star jasmine, white orchid, tiare tahiti natureprint, freesia, vanilla, brown sugar, musk}
{notes: "an infusion of norwegian mountain wildflowers with just a touch of fruit inflections - including watermelon"}
6 // Dot by Marc Jacobs
{notes: red berries, dragonfruit, honeysuckle, jasmine, coconut water, orange blossom, vanilla, driftwood, musk}

I've noticed that a lot of these perfumes contain the same notes - honeysuckle, musk, and vanilla, to name a few. What scent do you find yourself drawn towards? Do you have a favorite perfume?
